Gala 2017 Tribute Book and Ad Journal Now Available Digitally!
Our Greater Philadelphia ZOA Gala 2017 Tribute Book and Ad Journal is now available for your enjoyment.
It features extensive biographies of our honorees, information about the awards we give and insights into ZOA; letters from elected officials from the Tri-State area expressing support for ZOA, the work we do and recognizing our honorees; plus congratulatory notices and ads from individuals, families and businesses.
We especially ask that you make a note of the businesses and service-providers that support Greater Philadelphia ZOA and we encourage you to please patronize these businesses and professionals and that you mention that you saw their ad in our Gala Book. This helps us, and helps those who help us want to continue to help us.

Thank you.
Please share this item with others so that they, too can enjoy the book and patronize those who are pro-Israel and pro-ZOA!

As always National ZOA has an outstanding lineup of honorees and speakers for their Justice Louis D. Brandeis Award Dinner on Sunday, Nov. 12, as you can see in the graphic below.
Each year, 40 or more individuals from our area attend the Brandeis Dinner, and we are certain this year will be no exception. The Brandeis Dinner will sell out early. There are deep discounts for students and young professionals, and a special rate for Philadelphians. Please purchase your tickets early!
This is especially so for students and young professionals, who can purchase tickets online at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2017-zoa-annual-dinner-tickets-36490498062
We are considering a bus from Philadelphia to the Brandeis Dinner if there is enough demand. Please call us at 610-660-9466.
Call us at that number for information about the “Philadelphia rate.”
Please be sure to watch the video of the speeches from our Greater Philadelphia ZOA Gala from last week. We sent out the link yesterday.
Each speech – including the invocation and benediction – was informative, uplifting, and contained important calls to action. If you do not have time to watch the entire presentation, watch it in parts. Remember to share the link with others so that they can benefit from hearing these powerful words! Click on the Youtube logo to watch.

Today is a special day in Jewish and Zionist history!
Shalom ZOA Members, Friends and Supporters of Israel
Today is an auspicious day in both Jewish and Zionist history, as you will see in the graphic below:
Some 200 people from 17 nations came to the Congress at Herzl’s behest to plan how to re-establish the Jewish State of Israel — with the world’s approval.

Yes, in just two weeks from today we will mark this important anniversary and honor five dedicated Zionists from our region: Allen L. Rothenberg, Jonathan S. Tobin, Rabbi Yaacov Orimland and Jim and Diane Showers.
